Reliance Power share holders may get Bonus shares

Reliance Power plans to issue bonus shares to it shareholders (retail as well as institutional) but other than the promoters. The reliance power share price has fallen below the issue price and lot of investors have lost their money. There is a board meeting on 24th February to finalise the issue of bonus shares or to take measures to protect the interest of investors.
