Reliance Power announced 3:5 Bonus shares

Reliance Power on 24th February announced to give 3 bonus shares for 5 share held by the non promoters. In its board meeting on Sunday i.e. 24th February, 2008 the board considered and approved to issue 3 bonus shares for every 5 shares held by the non promtoers. With this announcement, the non -promoters portion will go up from 10 % to 15 % and Anil Ambani's ADAG group shareholding will come down from 45 % to 40 %. Relaince energy share holding will remain at 45 %. This will have a positive impact on the shareholders of reliance power and the price may go up today.

Shriram EPC to debut today in Stock Exchanges

Chennai based Shiram EPC which is involved in engineering, integrated designing, construction and project management for renewable energy projects and metallurgy projects, will be making its debut in stock markets today. It came with its IPO in the market last month and alloted shares to the investors at Rs. 300. It may list at the issue price or below and may go down further. Investors are advised not to get involved in this share.

Bang Overseas shares to list today

Bang Overseas, a player in fashion fabrics, retail and textile segment has come to the IPO market in the last week of January 2008. Bang Overseas shares are going to make its debut in Stock exchanges today. The price band fixed was Rs 200-207. It may list around Rs. 210-220.
Investors are advised not to take any positions in this stock. It may also go below the issue price due to poor market conditions today.

OnMobile Global makes its debut at the issue price

OnMobile Global, a Bangalore based company, a provider of telecommunication value added products and services made its debut and opened at the issue price of Rs. 440. The stock recieved a good buying support because of the strong sentiments in the market today and it touched a high of Rs. 470 and also hit a low of Rs 411 on NSE.

On BSE it has touched a high of Rs 472 and a low of Rs 421.

Rural Electrification Corp. IPO opens today

Rural Electrification Corporation, February 19-22, 2008 Offer Price - Rs. 90-105 Would advise investors to invest in this IPO as it is reasonably priced after couple of IPOs were withdrawn from the market. REC is a very good company to invest and one should apply as there are chances to get decent allotment of these share and making reasonable gains.

Onmobile share will list on bourses today

OnMobile Global, a leading telecommunications value added software products and services in india, will debut today on 19th February, 2008. It is expected to list at around Rs. 450-500 as against its issue price of Rs. 440.

SVEC extends the date to February 13, 2008

SVEC Constructions, a hyderabad based company has been forced to extend the IPO date to February 13th, 2008 from February 8th. The company has also been forced by the poor makret response to revise its price band to Rs 80-90 from the earlier price band of Rs 85-95.

IPOs withdrawn

Emaar MGF has withdrawn its IPO and they will refund the ipo money in next 10-15 days. Even the extended date for the ipo could not help. The ipo has been withdrawn because of the poor response and the challenge for price appreciation post listing. Emaar MGF may consider the IPO at an appropriate time at a later stage.

Wokhardt Hospitals has withdrawn its IPO and investors money will be returned within 15 days. Even after extending the dates, the ipo has recieved poor response. The reasons for the failure of this ipo is higher valuation of the price band and poor market conditions.

Wockardt Hospitals issue's closing date extended to 7th February,2008. The issue was suppose to close today. The major reason for the date extension for the issue is because of the poor response for the issue.

Future Capital Holdings listed at Rs. 1081.

Future capital shares got listed at Rs. 1081 against the offer price of Rs 765 per share. The counter opened at Rs. 1044 in BSE and 1081 in NSE. It touched an intra day high of Rs. 1100 and a low of Rs. 826. It got listed at 41 % premium.
